Terms & Important Information
Please read the following before confirming a quotation. These terms apply to every yacht charter booked through us.
Availability & Reservation Policy
- All quotations are subject to yacht availability at the time of booking. A quotation does not guarantee either availability or the quoted price.
- To secure a yacht and the quoted price, the customer must confirm the quotation. Availability will then be verified again with the charter company.
- If the yacht is still available, it will be held for up to 3 days, during which the payment arrangements must be completed.
Charter Agreement
- Each charter company requires the lead charterer to sign its own Charter Agreement, which defines the rights and obligations of both parties.
- B.D. Graiver acts solely as a booking agent / intermediary and is not a party to the Charter Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and amendments are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective charter company.
- In addition, a €50 administration fee will apply to any booking amendment or cancellation.
Exclusive Benefits for B.D. Graiver Clients
- Flexible payment plans of up to 5 installments, subject to the booking date and the cancellation policy of the charter company.
- Option to purchase Security Deposit Insurance through an external insurance provider (details available upon request).
Pricing
- Prices do not include the refundable security deposit, final cleaning fee, tourist taxes, transit log (where applicable), or any other mandatory or optional charges listed under the "More Info" section for each yacht.
- All prices are calculated using Bank Hapoalim's High Cash Exchange Rate on the date of charge.
